Pepper steaks with röstikos and apple compote
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, röstikos (bacon onion (bag a 450 g, frozen)), Brussels sprouts ((500 g), cleaned), butter, pepper steaks (bowl 2 pieces, 200 g), onions (in parts), mushrooms (250 g), fresh flat parsley ((20 g), leaf chopped) and mashed potatoes (360 g).

Prepare the creamed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cook the sprouts for 5 minutes.

Heat the butter in a deep frying pan and brown the pepper steaks on both sides.

Fry them from the inside of your choice, rosé or cooked in 4 to 6 minutes per side.

Remove the steaks from the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Spoon the onion, mushrooms and sprouts in the frying pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

In the end, create the parsley.

Serve the pepper steaks with the roast rolls, the sprouts stir-fry and the mashed potatoes..
