A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sugar snaps, Moroccan couscous (317 g), tart tarts, salt and pepper, olive oil and turnips in cubes (300 g).

Directions

  1. Clean sugar snaps, boil in plenty of boiling water for approx.
  2. 3 minutes and drain.
  3. In couscous and raisins (from pack) mix with 4 dl of boiling water.
  4. Leave couscous for about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the tartar with salt and pepper.
  6. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and brown and cooked tart tarts in approx.
  7. 7 minutes.
  8. Heat in wok rest of oil, turn the turnip roast into stirring for approx.
  9. 4 minutes.
  10. Spread the herb mixture (out of the pack) over it.
  11. Create couscous and sugar snaps with a mix of rapeseed mix and continue heating for approx.
  12. 2 minutes.
  13. Prepare turnip-couscous salad on plates and place tartar on it..
