Taco's with beans and minced meat sauce


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat (half-to-half), onions (chopped), red pepper (in narrow strips), sifted tomatoes (passata di pomodoro 500 g), green beans (broken fine (a 330 g) drained), taco shells (135 g 12 pieces) and mixed iceberg lettuce (extra (200 g)).

Directions

  1. Stir fry in a wok, without grease, the minced meat with the chopped onion friable and brown in 10 minutes. Add the peppers, the passata and the drained green beans and bring the whole to the boil while stirring. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the taco shells according to the instructions on the package. Fill the taco shells at the table with a piece of mixed iceberg lettuce and a scoop of the bean-minced meat sauce.
