Herring salad with roasted vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (in pieces), carrots ((scraped), in pieces), red onions (in half rings), olive oil, apples (diced), lemon juice, mustard, fresh chives (finely chopped) and herring (in pieces).

Preheat oven to 225 ° C.
