Chicken breast and mint-lemon ricotta
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemon (scented), mint ((15 g), only the leaves), ricotta (fresh cheese, 250 g), garlic (squeezed), chicken fillets (about 500 g) and olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Cut the fresh mint fine. Mix the lemon zest with the mint, ricotta and garlic. Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and pepper to taste. Brush the oven dish with the oil and place the chicken fillet in it. Spread the chicken generously with the ricotta mixture. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven. Let cover with aluminum foil covered for 5 minutes. Serve the chicken with pasta in tomato sauce and stir-fried spinach in olive oil.
