Directions

  1. Cook the rice. Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 5 minutes. Add the fennel and fry for another 10 minutes, until the fennel is al dente and the onions are caramelised.
  2. Dab the shrimps dry and increase the heat source. Stir-fry the prawns with the red pepper for 2 minutes until the prawns are tender.
  3. Season with the fish sauce and sprinkle with the fennel green. Serve with the rice.
