Minced meat platter with garlic-lemon dressing
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red onions, garlic, red peppers, fresh mint (a 15 g), spring onions, lemon, fish sauce, olive oil (with lemon), half-to-half, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Cut peppers into half, remove seeds and cut into strips. cut fresh mint into strips. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings. Squeeze out the lemon. Combine onion, garlic, pepper strips, fresh mint and spring onions. Dressing stirring lemon juice, fish sauce and 3 tablespoons oil with lemon.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with lemon in wok. Chop mince in approx. 6 minutes and cook until done. Season with salt and pepper. Make fire dressing through, serve immediately. Delicious with noodles or rice and raw vegetables of green beans, pointed cabbage and bean sprouts.
