Potato salad with anchovy dressing


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, A-parts (potato wedges, a 450 g), broken green beans (500 g), eggs, anchovy fillets in olive oil (50 g), sour cream (125 ml), yoghurt, fresh parsley (a 30 g), toast (with garlic (pan con ajo y perjil and 150 g)).

Directions

  1. Prepare potato wedges according to the instructions for use in the microwave and let them cool down.
  2. Boil the beans in 10 min., Cook and let cool.
  3. Cook eggs for 8 minutes, keep under cold running water, peel and chop.
  4. Anchovies drain and finely.
  5. Sip sour cream with yoghurt and stir in anchovies.
  6. Mix together potatoes, green beans and anchovy dressing.
  7. Parsley finely chop, mix with egg and sprinkle on salad.
  8. Dish with garlic toast..
