Cook the Farfalle al dente according to the instructions. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water.

Wash and halve the to. Chop the onion.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Halve the olives. Cut the sundried tomatoes into strips.

Mix the farfalle with the two types of tomato, onion, mozzarella, olives and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
