                                Boil the lentils in plenty of water over 20 minutes over medium heat. Drain.
 - 
                                Meanwhile, combine the tahini, mayonnaise and harissa into a sauce. Season with pepper and salt.
 - 
                                Halve the lettuce lengthwise.
 - 
                                Put the lentils, oatmeal, baharat and the eggs in the food processor and grind to a coarse puree.
 - 
                                Season the lentil mixture to taste with pepper and salt and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
 - 
                                In the meantime cut the bread rolls in half lengthwise and drizzle the inside with oil. Put the sesame seeds in a deep plate.

                                Form 4 citizens of the lentil mixture with wet hands and get them through the sesame seeds.
 - 
                                Heat the grill pan and grill the burgers in 8 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway.
 - 
                                Keep the burgers warm on a plate under aluminum foil and grill the rolls and half-heads of lettuce 2 minutes on the cutting edge.
 - 
                                Cut the tomatoes and onions into thin slices.
 - 
                                Brush the bottom of the buns with the sauce, top with the lentil burgers, tomato and onion rings. Serve with the lettuce.
