Braised in milk
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillet drawer (or 2 small, approx. 750 g), butter, flour, garlic (peeled), Italian spice mix (20 g), milk (at room temperature), meat broth tablet and lemon juice.

Sprinkle the roulade with salt and pepper.

Fry butter in a frying pan and saute the roulade all around (also let the sides turn brown!).

Sprinkle flour in pan and fry it.

Put garlic and herbs in a pan and add milk.

Top up the bouillon tablet.

Bring the milk to a boil, turn the heat down and place the lid on the pan.

Carefully simmer the roulade in about 45 minutes, turn over a few times and stir in the sauce.

Place the roulade on the cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes in aluminum foil.

Remove herbs with skimmer from sauce.

Thickened milk sauce, if necessary, reduce it slightly and reduce it slightly on high heat.

Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Give sauce through sieve in sauce bowl.

Cut the roulade into slices and place on a warm dish.
