Stuffed bell pepper with tomato
Stuffed peppers with couscous, shallots, tomato olives and cheese.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Grease the oven dish with oil.

Prepare couscous with stock according to instructions.

Peppers wash, halve and remove seeds. Chop and shred scallops.

Cut the olives into slices. Mix tomato cubes, couscous, shallot and olives and distribute them over peppers.

Divide white cheese cubes over couscous. Put peppers in greased baking dish and grill in 15 minutes. Serve with baguette.
