Burger with spicy sauce


Hamburger sandwich with red onion, parsley, garlic powder, gherkin cubes, ketchup, mayonnaise, tabasco, tomatoes and lettuce.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Mix the onion, parsley, garlic powder, pickle, ketchup, mayonnaise and tabasco into a spicy sauce.
  3. Grill the burgers in 8 minutes on the barbecue. Turn halfway.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the burger rolls in half and grill them briefly on the cutting edges on the barbecue until grill marks appear.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Remove some leaves from the lettuce.
  6. Cover the bottom halves of the sandwiches with the lettuce leaves and tomato slices and place the burgers on them.
  7. Put some sauce on the burgers and serve the rest of the sauce in a bowl.
