Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the grilled vegetables for 7 minutes. Finely chop the garlic.

Add the shrimps and garlic to the vegetables and fry for another 3 minutes.

Add the passata to the vegetable mixture and heat for another 2 minutes.

Drain the pappardelle. Spoon the sauce and crumble the feta. Serve immediately.
