Garlic chicken with spinach and arugula


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast, garlic (finely chopped), orange (scrubbed and peeled grated), olive oil, spinach (fresh), arugula (lettuce and a 75 g).

Directions

  1. Spoon the chicken breast with 1 clove of garlic, the orange zest and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast in 10-12 minutes until golden brown and done, halfway through.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring fruit the other garlic clove for 1 minute.
  4. Then add the spinach and the rocket, set the heat high and stir-fry the vegetables for 5-6 minutes, until they have shrunk a little, but still bright green.
  5. Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  6. Divide the vegetables over 4 plates and put the chicken on it.
  7. Tasty with tagliatelle..
