                            Garlic chicken with spinach and arugula
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast, garlic (finely chopped), orange (scrubbed and peeled grated), olive oil, spinach (fresh), arugula (lettuce and a 75 g).

                                Spoon the chicken breast with 1 clove of garlic, the orange zest and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
 - 
                                Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast in 10-12 minutes until golden brown and done, halfway through.
 - 
                                Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring fruit the other garlic clove for 1 minute.
 - 
                                Then add the spinach and the rocket, set the heat high and stir-fry the vegetables for 5-6 minutes, until they have shrunk a little, but still bright green.
 - 
                                Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
 - 
                                Divide the vegetables over 4 plates and put the chicken on it.
 - 
                                Tasty with tagliatelle..
