Mix the mince with the red onion, the Italian herbs, the egg, the bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Divide into 4 portions and form hamburgers.

Mix the ingredients for the pestodip and set aside. Heat the oven grill.

Brush the burgers with half the oil. Brush the cutting edges of the rolls with the rest of the oil.

Roast the burgers in the oven for 4-5 minutes on both sides. Place the pancetta and bread halves for the last 2 minutes.

Divide the arugula and over the bottom bread halves. Put the burgers and pancetta on it.

Divide the pestodip over it and put the bread caps on it.
