Indian curry with chicken, cauliflower and red potato


Spicy Indian curry with red potatoes, chicken fillet, cauliflower and carrots.

Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil in water with salt, if necessary, for about 14 minutes. Drain and leave covered.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onion in half rings and finely chop the garlic. Halve the larger cauliflower florets.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and curry powder for 4 minutes on low heat. Cut the chicken into 2 cm pieces.
  4. Add the chicken, cooking cream, cauliflower florets, carrots, water and possibly salt.
  5. Bring to the boil and cook on the pan over about 10 minutes with the lid on low heat.
  6. Divide the potatoes over deep plates and scoop up the curry.
