Tuna with coriander butter
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, coriander, soft butter, coarse sea salt, lime grater, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and fresh tuna steaks (approx. 100 g).

Cut coriander roughly.

Mix butter, 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt, lime juice and coriander.

Place butter on plastic film, roll up firmly and place in refrigerator.

Clean pepper and cut into strips.

In bowl of pepper strips, lime zest and the rest of sea salt, beat with oil.

Peel the garlic, press it out above it and create it.

Cover tuna with marinade.

Grill the grill pan and lightly brown the tuna in approx.

4 minutes, half-turn.

Cut coriander butter into slices and lay on tuna.

Tasty with grilled pepper salad and thick slice of warm (organic) bread..
