Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion and carrot for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the endive hand by hand and let it shrink all the time.
  4. Add the soy sauce and heat the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until the carrot is tender.
  5. In the meantime, heat the satay sauce according to the instructions.
  6. Spoon the rice into deep plates.
  7. Divide the stir-fried vegetables over it and add saté sauce. Eat with the cracker.
