Summery slap stew


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (peeled and in pieces), Catalan sausages (a 290 g), onions (in parts), tomatoes (in parts), olive oil, milk and cabbage lettuce (in strips).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. Boil the potatoes in little water with salt in 20 minutes.
  3. Spread the sausages, onions and tomatoes around with 3 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the grill pan.
  5. Grill the sausages and the onion around golden brown for 15 minutes.
  6. Put the tomatoes in the last 5 minutes and turn halfway.
  7. Place the sausages in the lightly greased oven dish and let them simmer for 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  8. Drain the potatoes, pour the milk and the rest of the oil in the pan and heat gently.
  9. Stamp the potatoes to a smooth puree.
  10. Scoop the cabbage lettuce through the puree just before serving, season with salt and pepper.
  11. Place the tomatoes, onions and sausages next to it..
