Cod fillet with scallops
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fish fillet (pot 380 ml), dry white wine, cod fillets (in 8 pieces), scallops (bag 300 g, frozen), flour, butter (diced), olive oil, chives ( (box 25 g), chopped) and lemon (pressed).

Pour the fish stock and the wine into a pan.

Bring to the boil and reduce to a third in about 10 minutes on high heat.

Dab the cod and the scallops dry with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle the cod with salt and pepper.

Spoon the flour into a plate and roll the cod through it.

Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the cod for 5 minutes.

Turn halfway.

Heat the grill pan.

Brush the scallops with the oil and grill them for 3 minutes until done; times halfway.

Add to the cod and turn off the heat.

Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.

Bring the sauce back to the boil and add the rest of the butter.

Remove the pan from the heat and beat with a whisk until a creamy sauce.

Stir in the chives and season with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Divide the cod and the scallops over 8 plates and pour the sauce over it..
