Cod fillet with scallops


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fish fillet (pot 380 ml), dry white wine, cod fillets (in 8 pieces), scallops (bag 300 g, frozen), flour, butter (diced), olive oil, chives ( (box 25 g), chopped) and lemon (pressed).

Directions

  1. Pour the fish stock and the wine into a pan.
  2. Bring to the boil and reduce to a third in about 10 minutes on high heat.
  3. Dab the cod and the scallops dry with kitchen paper.
  4. Sprinkle the cod with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the flour into a plate and roll the cod through it.
  6. Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the cod for 5 minutes.
  7. Turn halfway.
  8. Heat the grill pan.
  9. Brush the scallops with the oil and grill them for 3 minutes until done; times halfway.
  10. Add to the cod and turn off the heat.

  12. Bring the sauce back to the boil and add the rest of the butter.
  13. Remove the pan from the heat and beat with a whisk until a creamy sauce.
  14. Stir in the chives and season with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  15. Divide the cod and the scallops over 8 plates and pour the sauce over it..
