Gnocchi, ricotta and celery
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: gnocchi di patate (pasta, a 500 g), celery, olive oil, mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), garlic (pressed), ricotta (fresh cheese and 250 g).

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Cut the celery into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 4 minutes. Sprinkle the celery and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the gnocchi over 4 plates and put the ricotta on it. Divide the vegetables over it.
