A delicious Asian recipe for chicken liver with pineapple.

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken livers in half and sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken livers in 2 to 3 portions around brown.
  3. Remove them from the pan and stir the baking.
  4. Pour the rest of the oil into the woks and the garlic, the pepper and the spices at low setting for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken liver, ketjapmarinadeen pineapple and let stir for 5 minutes at low setting while stirring. Sprinkle with coriander.
