Oriental chicken liver with pineapple
A delicious Asian recipe for chicken liver with pineapple.

Ingredients
- 600 gram chicken livers cleaned up
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 3 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 Red pepper finely chopped, without seeds
- 1 teaspoon lemon grass powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé)
- 4 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 2 thick slab fresh pineapple
- 4 paste pineapple look
- 1 forest fresh coriander coarsely chopped
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Cut the chicken livers in half and sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken livers in 2 to 3 portions around brown.

Remove them from the pan and stir the baking.

Pour the rest of the oil into the woks and the garlic, the pepper and the spices at low setting for about 2 minutes.

Add the chicken liver, ketjapmarinadeen pineapple and let stir for 5 minutes at low setting while stirring. Sprinkle with coriander.
