Lukewarm pasta salad with sausage
Pasta salad of fusilli, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, dry sausage, garlic and tapenade of sundried tomatoes.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Unfreeze the sausage and cut into slices. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Mix the pasta with the tapenade, paprika, sausage and mushrooms. Season the salad with pepper and salt. Finely chop the parsley, sprinkle the salad.
