Sweet and sour pork with sesame radish


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, sesame seeds (100 g dish), pork tenderloin (slices of 1/2 cm), peanut oil, garlic (finely chopped), Chinese coarsely chopped wok vegetables (400 g), ginger syrup (bottle 250 ml) ), soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar (bottle 150 ml), radish (halved) and sesame oil (bottle 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 2 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
  2. Sprinkle the meat with salt. Heat 2 tbsp peanut oil in a stir-frying pan with the garlic in 4 min. Golden brown and done. Scoop out of the wok. Heat the rest of the peanut oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the wok vegetable for 5 min. Add the meat. Heat for 1 more minute.
  3. In a saucepan, bring the ginger syrup, sweet soy sauce, ketchup and 3 tbsp vinegar to the boil. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the radishes with the sesame seeds, the rest of the vinegar, the sesame oil and salt. Divide the meat with the vegetables over 4 plates and spoon the sauce over it. Serve with the rice and radish.
