Slavink with fresh coleslaw and potatoes


Salad of white cabbage and red cabbage, minced beef, potato slices, lemon, mint, salad dressing and raisins with a fresh taste.

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the croquettes in 20 minutes until golden brown. Times regularly.
  2. In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in another frying pan and fry the potato slices for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin and squeeze half of the fruit. Remove the leaves from the sprigs of fresh mint and cut them roughly.
  4. Mix the lemon zest, the lemon juice and half of the fresh mint in a large bowl with the dressing and raisins.
  5. Put in the white and red cabbage. Season the salad with pepper and salt.
  6. Serve the croquette with the coleslaw and potatoes and garnish with the rest of the mint.
