Tagliatelle with ratatouille


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tagliatelle verde (pasta 250 g), olive oil, ratatouille vegetable mix (400 g), Italian herbs (box of 6 g), tomato cubes (400 g), ham strips (about 250 g) and mozzarella (cheese a 125 g).

Directions

  1. Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan.
  3. Ratatouille mix for approx.
  4. 5 minutes.
  5. Add herbs and tomatoes and gently heat for approx.
  6. 10 minutes.
  7. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  8. Mix ham strips with vegetable sauce.
  9. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  10. Mix ratatouille mixture with tagliatelle and transfer into baking dish.
  11. Distribute Mozzarella over dish.
  12. Let melt in a roughly 3 minutes under grill cheese..
