Tagliatelle with ratatouille
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tagliatelle verde (pasta 250 g), olive oil, ratatouille vegetable mix (400 g), Italian herbs (box of 6 g), tomato cubes (400 g), ham strips (about 250 g) and mozzarella (cheese a 125 g).

Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Ratatouille mix for approx.
-
5 minutes.

Add herbs and tomatoes and gently heat for approx.

10 minutes.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Mix ham strips with vegetable sauce.
-
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
-
Mix ratatouille mixture with tagliatelle and transfer into baking dish.
-
Distribute Mozzarella over dish.

Let melt in a roughly 3 minutes under grill cheese..
