Wash the radishes with leaves. Cut the green slightly smaller and cut the radishes into quarters or slices.

Cook the pasta with salt. Heat the butter and fry the onion.

Spoon the fish through and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the crème fraîche and radishes and heat for about 5 minutes against the boil.

Drain the pasta, drain well and carefully scrape half of the radish and fish sauce through the pasta.
