Casserole with tilapia, chicory and banana
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mild peppadews ((jar 420 g), drained), chicory, tilapia fillet ((bag 750 g), defrosted), butter, sugar, sweet soy sauce, bananas (sliced), mozzarella (( cheese, 125 g), in small pieces) and fresh cream (200 ml).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the peppadews fine. Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core. Dab the tilapia fillets dry and put them in the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and stir-fry the chicory for about 2 minutes with the peppadews, the sugar and the soy sauce.
