Trout with fennel
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spring onions, fennel (about 300 g), potato (about 200 g), white wine sauce for fish (150 g), tomato, trout (about 200 g) and thyme.

Clean the forest onion and cut into pieces of approx.

1 cm.

Clean fennel and cut into cubes.

Chop fennel green.

Potato peel, wash and cut into cubes.

Fry the onion, fennel, potato and half of wine sauce together in deep plate.

In microwave oven with vegetables covered for 3 minutes (with microwave oven) on 3/4 of power (600 Watt).

Meanwhile, wash tomato and cut into slices.
-
Dab dry the trout with kitchen paper and belly fill with slices of tomato and thyme sprigs.

Place trout on vegetables and pour over the remaining wine sauce.
-
Cover and cook in a microwave at 3/4 of capacity in approx.

5 minutes.

Garnish with fennel green..
