Hamburger with grilled vegetables, hummus and white cheese
Burger in a pita bread with fennel, asparagus, feta, hummus and mint.
Light the barbecue.
Cut the fennel into thin slices and scoop with asparagus tips, oil, pepper and salt. Put in the grill woks for 6 minutes on the barbecue.
Mix the harissa with the oil and brush both sides of the pita bread with it.
Grill 4 minutes on the barbecue, turn halfway and remove from the grid. Meanwhile cut the fresh mint fine.
Grill the burgers for 4 minutes on the barbecue. Turn over and divide the feta and za'atar about it. Gril still 4 min.
Cut open the pita bread. Spread 4 halves with the hummus, sow successively with the grilled vegetables, the fresh mint and a burger.
Cover with the top of the buns and serve immediately.
