Roasted bulb with pesto-casselerrib
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Italian ball, herb butter, small red pepper, mozzarella, mustard honey dressing, rocket salad (75 g) and casselerrib in pesto.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Sweet pepper, clean and cut into strips.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Spread peppers over bread halves, put slices of mozzarella on them.

Bring the bread about 10 cm under the hot grill and let the cheese melt in approx.

5 minutes.

Dressing by creating lettuce.

Bread with casselerrib and fold.

Serve separately..
