Couscous with chicken, peach and string beans


Couscous dish with peach, string beans, chicken, tomato paste and mushrooms.

Directions

  1. Let the peaches drain (absorb moisture). Cut the peach into pieces, the string beans in diamonds and the chicken into cubes.
  2. Heat in a frying pan oil and fry the chicken cubes brown. Much of the mushrooms clean and halve, fry for 1 min.
  3. Stir in the tomato puree and chilli powder. Add peach juice, 100 ml water and leave to stew for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the beans in 5-7 minutes until al dente. Let the couscous heat for 5 minutes in boiling water with salt.
  5. Peach chicken by peach and season with salt and pepper. Divide the couscous over plates and place the chicken mixture and the string beans on top.
