Spicy-sour prawn soup
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sereh, ginger root (peeled), fish fillet (380 ml), lime (cleaned), spring onion ((3 pieces), in rings), red onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), red pepper, cocktail shrimp (a 125 g), fish sauce and fresh coriander.

Remove the outer leaf of the lemongrass.

Finely chop the stalks.

Halve the ginger root and cut into wafer-thin slices.

In a large pan, bring the fish stock to the boil with the same amount of water.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Stir in the lemongrass, ginger, spring onions, red onion, garlic and lime zest.

Halve the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

Stir the shrimp through the soup and heat for approx.

Stir in the red pepper, fish sauce and 4 tbsp lime juice through the soup.

Spread over 4 bowls and garnish with the coriander..
