Bacon strips with leeks, red and brown beans, piccalilli, silver onions and pickles.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips in 6 min. Until crispy.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the leek for 2 min. On medium heat. Add the beans and mustard and heat for another 2 minutes.
  3. Season the beans with salt and pepper, spread over the plates and sprinkle with the bacon strips.
  4. Serve with the piccalilli, silver onions and pickles.
