Meatballs in vegetable sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast-cooking rice, half-to-half-minced (about 500 g), minced herbs (without salt, a 40 g scatterer), egg (M), butter or margarine, Italian vegetable mix (400 g), sugo with herbs (pasta sauce, 370 g) and salt and pepper.

Cook rice according to instructions.

Mix the minced meat with herbs and egg and turn small meatballs.

Heat butter in casserole and meatballs for about 5 minutes.

Add vegetables and fry approx.

5 minutes.

Add sugo and co-heat for approx.

3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with rice..
