                                Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and put them in a large pan of water with salt. Bring to the boil and cook until cooked in 15 min.

                                Drain the potatoes, put them back in the pan and let them dry off with the lid on the pan.
 - 
                                Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the onions into half rings.

                                Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the apple and onion 10 minutes on medium heat with the lid on the pan.
 - 
                                Meanwhile, cut the bacon lengthwise into 8 slices.
 - 
                                Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the bacon strips for 5 minutes. Turn halfway.
 - 
                                Put the stewed apple and onion in the potatoes and stamp with the puree pestle into coarse puree.
 - 
                                Season to taste with the mustard and a lot of pepper and salt. Serve with the grilled bacon patties. Yummy! .
