Stuffed tomato soup with tagliatelle
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle bicolore (pasta, pack a 375 g), olive oil, Italian stir-fry vegetable mix (400 g), base for tomato soup (0.25 liters), giant beans (425 g), fresh parsley (30 g), grated spicy cheese and breadsticks (125 g).

Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.

Heat oil in soup pan and fry stir-fry mix for 2 min.

Add soup base and 1 liter of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Drain the beans.

Stir in the beans for 2 minutes.

Parsley finely chop.

Create soup in plates.
-
Make a litter from drained tagliatelle with fork.

Place the litter carefully in the middle of the soup and sprinkle with parsley.

With cheese and breadsticks serve..
