Minced in parma ham

Soak the dried mushrooms for 15 minutes in 150 ml of boiling water. In a different bowl, soak the bread for 10 minutes in the milk.

Squeeze the mushrooms and finely chop them. Strain the soaking water through a fine sieve.

Knead the minced meat together with the soaked bread, the mushrooms, finely chopped Parma ham, egg, herbs and salt and pepper.

Spread the slices of Parma ham side by side and let them overlap slightly. Shape the mince an oval bread and put it on the ham. Place the ham on the minced meat and place the bread with the seam in the roasting tray.
