Bratwurst curry with green beans


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pandan rice, sausages (about 500 g), herb paste (for green curry (100 g)), coconut milk (200 ml), broken green beans (500 g), green pepper, yellow pepper, pappadums natural (Indian and 60 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Cut bratwurst into pieces of approx.
  3. 2 cm.
  4. In frying pan, roast sausage with spice paste over medium heat for 4 minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk and add green beans.
  6. Cooking for 10 minutes.
  7. Clean peppers and cut into pieces.
  8. Add pepper to curry and cook for 5 minutes to the desired thickness.
  9. Serve curry with rice and pappadums..
