Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil them in water with salt, if necessary, for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the green beans in a pan of water in 6 minutes until al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, cut the onions into half rings. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Add the minced beef and cook for 4 minutes. Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile cut the celery finely and the cheese into cubes of ½ cm. Drain the potatoes, and collect 100 ml of cooking liquid.

Mash the potatoes with the rest of the butter with the puree tamper. Add the cooking liquid to make it smoother.

Mix the celery and cheese with the puree and season with salt and pepper.
