Fish with chives
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon (scrubbed), chives ((25 g), chopped), eggs (split), tilapia fillets ((bag 750 g, frozen), thawed), olive oil, capers ((jar 100 g) ) and drained).

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Mix the grater with the chives and pepper to taste. Beat the egg yolks with pepper and salt to taste and brush the fish fillets. The proteins are not used. Pass the fish through the chive mixture, so that they are covered with chives.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish for 5 min. On medium heat. Turn halfway. Bake the capers last minute. Squeeze the lemon and drizzle the fish to taste. Delicious with tagliatelle with shrimps and a beet salad with onion and ricotta.
