Cajun steak with avocado
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, fried onions (cup 100 g), paprika powder, garlic powder, coarse sea salt (canister 500 g), steak ((a 2 pieces), at room temperature), olive oil, red peppers (in strips), spring onions (3 pieces), each in 3 pieces), avocados (cleaned and in strips) and lemon (halved).

Ingredients
- 1 tl dried oregano
- 1 mespoint cayenne pepper
- 4 el baked onions cup 100 g
- 2 tl paprika
- 1 tl garlic powder
- 2 tl coarse sea salt bus 500 g
- 2 dishes steak (a 2 pieces), at room temperature
- 4 el olive oil
- 2 red peppers in bars
- 1 bag bunch onion (3 pieces), each in 3 pieces
- 2 avocados cleaned and in strips
- 1 lemon halved

Light the barbecue. Put the oregano, cayenne pepper, fried onions, the paprika powder, garlic powder and sea salt into the mortar and finely grind.

Brush the steak with 2 tbsp oil and the cajun spice mixture. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, season the peppers and spring onions with the rest of the oil and grill for 5 minutes on the barbecue. Let cool on a plate. Mix the avocado with the paprika and the spring onion. Drizzle the vegetables with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill the meat medium in approx. 6 min. Times regularly. Take the barbecue, drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 5 minutes. Serve with the vegetables. Tasty with yellow rice.
