Pollo tonato with fresh salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, onion, carrot julienne (a 150 g), honey-mustard dressing (bottle a 270 ml), tuna fish oil (160 g), mayonnaise (pot a 350 ml), pickles (sweet sour (pot a 340 g)), fresh parsley (a 30 g) and fried chicken fillet (slices of meat).

Clean potatoes, pierce with a fork and put them in a microwave dish on a piece of kitchen paper.

Cover potatoes (with microwave foil or plastic lid) at full power (700 watts) for 8 minutes.

Potatoes in tea towel packaged for 5 minutes.

Peel and chop onions.

mix carrot with onion and dressing.

Draining the tuna.

Mix tuna with mayonnaise and pickles in a food processor or with a hand blender.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Parsley finely chop.

Spread chicken fillet over 4 plates.

Distribute sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
