Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Peel and chop the onion. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Fry the peppers for 2 minutes.

Let the lentils drain. Stir the lentils and sauce through the vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Delicious with cucumber salad.
