Indian curry with onion, paprika and lentils, served with basmati rice.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Peel and chop the onion. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Fry the peppers for 2 minutes.
  2. Let the lentils drain. Stir the lentils and sauce through the vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Delicious with cucumber salad.
