Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes for 4 minutes in water with salt. Drain and allow to cool to lukewarm.
  2. Spoon the potatoes in a large bowl with the spring onions, parsley, pickles and chicken. Season with salt and pepper and spoon in the dressing.
  3. Divide the salad leaves over 4 plates. Spoon the baby salad and sprinkle with pepper.
