Sprinkle the cucumber with salt and add the vinegar. Leave in.

Boil the noodles and drain.

Heat the half of the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry in the oven for 5-6 minutes.

Fry the chicken strips in the rest of the oil until golden brown. Add the soy sauce, ketchup, peanut butter and sambal and gently simmer for about 10 minutes.
