Potato root stew
Looking for a stew? View this recipe with potatoes, carrot, apricots and cod.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 equal pieces. Peel the carrot and cut into 2 cm pieces.
Cut the garlic finely and chop the onion. Cut the apricots into pieces.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the garlic and cook for 3 min.
Add the potatoes, carrots, apricots, the bouillon tablet and water. Bring to the boil, spoon over and leave on low heat with the lid on the pan for 30 minutes.
Cut the frozen cod into pieces. Spoon the stew after 15 minutes and put the cod in between.
Cut the leaves of the coriander and parsley coarse. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle with the spices. Bon appétit! .
