Cut 8 slices of bread. Heat the grill pan and grill the bread for 2 minutes. Turn halfway.

Grill the burgers in 5 minutes until done. Turn halfway and place a slice of cheese on each burger. Cut the tomatoes and gherkins into slices.

Divide the corn salad over 4 slices of bread. Cover the cheeseburgers, tomato, pickle, ketchup and mustard. Cover with the rest of the slices of bread.
