Balsamic tartar with spicy potatoes


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, seasoned potato slices of paprika (700 g), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, steaks tartar, oakleaf lamella (100 g), salad dressing blue cheese (bottle a 270 ml) and red pepper (in thin rings).

Directions

  1. In frying pan potatoes in 2 tbsp oil in approx.
  2. 15 min.
  3. Golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remain leftover oil with vinegar and pinch of black pepper.
  5. Tartare with oil mixture.
  6. Heat up the grill pan.
  7. Tartar in 8 min.
  8. Brown and almost cooked, turn halfway through baking time.
  9. In a salad mix beat with dressing.
  10. Sprinkle the tartar and the potatoes with salt and spread over four plates.
  11. Place the peppers on the tartare..
